Marinade for Beef, Veggies & Mushrooms

Ingredients:

ΒΌ cup Pinot Noir
2 T soy sauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T fresh rosemary, minced

Preparation:

Use as marinade.

To use as a sauce:
Strain & reduce. Add butter at the end for a nice glaze.
Good with Tri-tip or any cut of beef.
