Tasting Notes

This is a Pinot style Zinfandel, extremely elegant, full-bodied with perfect complexity, intense pepper, berry and a hint of spice. The tannins are smooth, adding firm structure without overpowering. This more elegant Zinfandel will pair beautifully with lighter meat dishes and the pepper makes it stand up nicely to spicy seafood dishes.
